Family. Friends. Those two words truly describe the wonderful relationships we share at Lake Ridge. That’s why we call our church a family of friends and a friend to the family. At Lake Ridge, there is room for you to be a part of the family. It all begins with being a part of God’s forever family–being united by faith in our Lord, Jesus Christ. At Lake Ridge, you’re also part of a fellowship family. You’re surrounded by a caring, loving family of friends who will help you and your family grow, sharing the good times and helping you shoulder the tough times.
Lake Ridge is also a friendship family. We strive to reach out to people, making friends forever, sharing the love of Jesus Christ with those around us. We hope you feel this love at Lake Ridge.
Through the years and through the trials, our church has become a family of friends and a friend to the family. While our family is not perfect in any way, we believe that the relationships of support, encouragement, protection and security are honoring to the Lord. Come share our joy today and the exciting vision God has given us for tomorrow. From our family to yours, welcome to the Lake Ridge Family of Friends.
We want to get to know you, and to provide opportunities for you and your family to experience the goodness of our great God as we serve Him together. We have opportunities for every person and every age. If you don’t find what you are looking for on this website, please send us an email or give us a call at (972) 613-2222.
Our worship services provide a blend of contemporary worship music and traditional hymns to provide a setting where individuals with different music preferences can join together to worship God. After Sunday School at 9:00 AM, worship is at 10:30 AM led by Worship Director Jonathan Shotts.
Lake Ridge Bible Church is a nondenominational, evangelical church that is dispensational in theology. The Bible is important at Lake Ridge. Our Sunday School teachers teach from the Bible. Our pastor, Roger Raymer, provides expository Bible messages at each worship service, so you are better able to know God and His Word. View the LRBC Doctrinal Statement.
We love children, and have many opportunities for your child to learn about God and develop wholesome Christian friendships. We have Sunday School classes and Children’s Ministries available for your child.
Bible Studies are great ways to know God better and develop new friendships. We have Men’s Bible Studies, Women’s Bible Studies, and other Adult Bible Studies that meet om Sundays.
Looking for an informal group where you and your family can develop friendships, serve God, and have a great time of Christian fellowship? Our small groups, called Home Teams, are the answer.
